Carb free dinner in less than 10 minutes

On the way home from work I was thinking about food and made myself feel starving! I had to have something and fast!
At the butchers yesterday I finally found high quality Frankfurters! It was great as I have never found any before that are as good as these in London, as strange as it may sound! I had to buy some and tonight I warmed a frankfurter and made scramble eggs, slightly spiced with paprika and a hint of cayenne pepper. I cut up some vegetables and it was all done in less than 10 minutes. I added a dollop of hot sauce on the plate instead of ketchup and it brought all the flavours together.
Whilst eating my dinner I watched a cooking program to fuel my inspiration of classic French dishes, however they are not compatible with my January style cooking. I am not sure if I can bring myself to add so much butter and/or cream to a dish, but no wonder it tastes so amazing! To do something similar, tasting even half as good with less fat is a true challenge!
At the Landau we had the most amazing butter poached turbot and this has inspired me to think about making a wonderful fish dish. I love crab and langoustines and was thinking how I could make this in to a menu. It isn’t always possible to find good quality langoustines so might leave them out or replace them with prawns will have a think about it and see what is avaliable on the day.
The menu would look something like this (to be tweaked and will follow up cooking this over the weekend):
Starter: Crab with lemon and chilli
Main: Butter and herb steamed turbot with boiled new potatoes and deep fried parsley
Dessert:G&T on a plate (I will finally test and see if I have any gastronomy skills and G&T is always a favourite!) I might end up running to the shop to buy some ice cream and a sponge cake!
I will let you know how it goes, have to see if I need to buy any ingredients online, if I place my order today it should arrive on time!
